This invention relates to tobacco industrial plentifulness, namely, cigarette making equipment.
A device for the manufacture of cigarettes is known, which includes a hopper for feeding cut tobacco, a trigger shaft with needle-like drums located at its input and output ends, and a system for monitoring the level of tobacco in mine 1.
In the known device, the shutter shaft performs the function of a storage magazine, in which a tobacco column is permanently located, the surface of which is usually non-plank, since the bunker, feeding tobacco into the internal cavity of the trigger shaft, does not ensure its uniform distribution over the entire width of the shaft , which leads to uneven distribution of the layer at the exit of the shaft and, consequently, to uneven distribution of tobacco along the length of the formed cigarette, as a result, its quality deteriorates,
The aim of the invention is to improve the quality of cigarettes by uniformly distributing tobacco in the mine.
The goal is achieved by the fact that a device for the manufacture of cigarettes, including a hopper for supplying cut tobacco, a release shaft with needle-shaped drums located at its input and output ends, and a system for controlling the level of tobacco in the mine, are arranged in parallel in a row across the trigger shaft and at one end communicated with the latter for supplying tobacco therein, each trough having a drive mechanism associated with a system for monitoring the level of tobacco in the mine.
In addition, the drive mechanism is a vibrator.
The gutters are connected to the shaft in its middle part.
Above the entrance sections of the gutters is the tobacco transport transport

The device is enclosed in a housing comprising an upper horizontal wall 1, vertical walls 2 and 3, a front wall 4 and a rear wall 5 In the upper wall 1 there is an inlet 6 for passage into the hopper 7,
having a rectangular cross section. In the bunker. Two rotary drums 8 and 9 are located, having radial teeth on the surface. The drums, rotating in opposite directions, perform a preliminary distribution of the tobacco, directing it down into the chamber 10. The bottom of the chamber 10 is formed by a conveyor belt 11, encompassing three deflecting rollers 1214, of which at least one drive, and tension roller 15. On the side opposite to the hopper U, a drum 16 with needles is placed. Under the drum it is coaxial with a cylindrical case 17, at one end having a scraper 18 occupying / space between the drum 16 and the lower branch of the belt 11. The device also includes a metering drum 19c with blades that rotates in the same direction as and the drum 16, and is located tangentially and tangentially with respect to the latter. The conveyor belt 20 and the bunker 21 form the entrance of the feeder, including, in addition, the multiple suction chutes 22 communicating with the bunker 21 and arranged in a row, as well as having a concave Co., nfiguratsiyu, open at the top. The gutters 22 are slightly inclined downwards and out into the launch shaft 23 through a slot 24 formed in the wall. Adjacent gutters occupy the entire slit 24, which in turn extends across the entire width of the shaft 23. The device works as follows.
The tobacco from the hopper 7 enters the belt 11 and further along the scraper 18 to the drum 16, which withdraws the layer of tobacco from chamber 10 downstream from its tangential position relative to the metering drum 19, while the thickness of the tobacco layer is equal to the radial size of its blades.

In the cigarette forming device, the tobacco particles retained on the bottom surface of at least one suction tape (NB shown) form a layer on it, which is given the same thickness using a lifting device (not shown).
The cut tobacco is fed to the tap conveyor 20 located directly under the chamber 10. Then the tobacco is fed through the chutes 22 into the shaft 23 and there it is accumulated directly by the groove 22 so that it continuously fills any possible voids formed in the top of the tobacco column inside the shaft below slope 24. 1. DEVICE FOR PRODUCING CIGARETTES, including a hopper for supplying cut tobacco, a trigger shaft with needle drums located at its inlet and outlet ends and a tobacco level control system in the mine, characterized in that, in order to improve the quality of cigarettes by ensuring uniform distribution of tobacco in the shaft, it is provided with at least two troughs arranged parallel to the row across the launch shaft and connected at one end with the latter for supplying tobacco to it, each trough having a drive mechanism anizmom associated with tobacco-level control system in the mine.
